When will tickets be available?
Your tickets will not be mailed to you, as previously acknowledged on www.bonappetitfocus.com. You may pick up your tickets at will-call in the Juno room at Caesars Palace on:

Wednesday, May 16th, 11am - 7pm
Thursday, May 17th, 9am - 5pm
Friday, May 18th, 9am - 5pm
Saturday, May 19th, 9am - 5pm

The Juno Room is located next to wedding services in the Augustus Tower on the Second Floor.

Will Call will also be set up at each event location so you are welcome to pick up your tickets immediately prior to the event(s) you are attending.

We understand that some of you purchased tickets for other guests. Please make sure they present your confirmation number at will-call and we are happy to release your tickets to them. If you do not have your confirmation number, please email us at baevents@condenast.com. Tickets will not be released without a confirmation number.

Also, please note that Stars on the Lake Dinner & Concert and VIP Box & Concert tickets may be picked up at Caesars Palace on Wednesday, May 16th and Thursday, May 17th only. Otherwise, please pick them up at Lake Las Vegas immediately prior to the event.

Where can I receive more information about Las Vegas?
For more information about Las Vegas, visit the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority website at VisitLasVegas.com or call 877-VISIT-LV to request a complimentary visitors guide.

Is there any transportation provided?
Transportation will be provided from the Strip to and from the Saturday events at Lake Las Vegas Resort. Guests may also rent a car, take a taxi, or contact their hotel's concierge about car service.

Shuttle Service
For those of you who will need transportation from the Strip to the events at Lake Las Vegas on Friday, May 18th, we will be offering shuttle service to and from the Bellagio and Lake Las Vegas. Pickup times at the Bellagio are as follows:

4:30pm Stars on the Lake Dinner & Concert
6:45pm Stars on the Lake VIP Box & Concert

If you plan on using the shuttle service, you must RSVP to baevents@condenast.com by Friday, May 11th with the event you are attending and number of guests in your party.

Parking For Lake Las Vegas Events
If you are driving to Lake Las Vegas, please park at the Casino MonteLago Garage. Complimentary valet is also available at Casino MonteLago. From there, you will be directed to the will-call and concert area.

Directions to Casino MonteLago from the Strip:
Travel south on Las Vegas Blvd., pass Sunset Road to the I-215 onramp. Make a left at the stop light, entering I-215 heading east. I-215 will turn into Lake Mead Drive Keep straight on Lake Mead until you approach the Lake Las Vegas Resort Entrance (approximately 7 miles from freeway ending). Turn left (North) onto Lake Las Vegas Pkwy and follow the signs to Casino MonteLago.
